We Report...Our customer service representatives will give you a call. During this call our representatives will: 1. Report your desktop problem(s). 2. Inform you of the flat rate labor charge and price of parts required to fix the problem(s). 3. Seek your approval to repair your desktop. We Fix...Once approved, our technicians begin working on your desktop immediately. Our technicians will continue to repair the problem(s) on your desktop until it is fixed completely. We Call...After your desktop has been fixed, our customer service representatives will call you. At this time you can decide if you would like to Pick-Up your desktop or use our Delivery Service. We Take Desktop DonationsWe do take old desktops. If you would like to donate your desktop or if you would like to donate your desktop parts, give us a call at (803) 773-2881 Disposing Old Desktops & PartsLaws concerning the disposing of electronic hardware have changed. If you do not feel like putting up with the hassle of remembering the correct days for disposing desktop parts, bring it to Computer Upgraders! We will gladly take your electronic hardware and dispose of it in the proper fashion. We will be sure to remove all data prior to disposing. For more info call us at (803) 773-2881. |
There is a deposit required prior to any repair. This deposit is deducted from your final total at the time of pick up or delivery. For more deposit information please call Computer Upgraders at (803) 773-2881 If you decide not to have your desktop fixed after receiving the price information from customer service, you can Pick-Up your desktop and only pay the diagnostic charge. If you made a deposit this will be put towards your labor charge. Our Pick-Up & Delivery Services are only available to customers residing in Sumter, Lee, and Clarendon Counties.
